What are we looking for?
We are looking to add a Receptionist to our growing team in Billings, MT!
Day in the life:
First point of patient contact for scheduled appointments and walk-ins, greet with a smile
Answering and returning patient calls, call scheduled appointments day before to confirm
Scanning patient documents while updating their files in the computer system
Keep an eye on patient flow, reassure patients that they will be seen in a timely manner
During slow times, complete project work as needed
Keep a tidy desk and keep reception area clean
What do we require?
Positive attitude while handling a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to make patients feel comfortable during stressful times
Organized, can juggle multiple tasks at once
Kind to patients over the phone and in-person
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday in Billings, MT.
