What You’ll Do:
Educate homeowners and businesses on the benefits of going solar.
Conduct energy assessments to determine client needs and propose tailored solar solutions.
Generate and follow up on leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final installation.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales or customer service experience (solar industry experience a plus, but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and engaging way.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
