Responsibilities:
Conduct body repairs on RV and marine units, including collision damage and full repaints.
Perform fiberglassing and structural support fabrication for aluminum and steel frameworks.
Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming; mix and match paints for accurate color matching.
Provide estimates for insurance, warranty, and customer-paid repairs.
Install decals and ensure precise application.
Keep the paint booth and equipment organized and clean.
Strong skills in fiberglass repair and restoration.
Communicate effectively with the shop foreman, dispatcher, and service advisor.
Stay current with factory technical bulletins and industry standards.
Maintain a commitment to safety, adhering to all Federal, State, and local regulations.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
Fine motor skills and manual dexterity for precise painting and repair tasks
Ability to handle exposure to fumes, dust, and solvents (protective gear provided)
Physically able to operate painting equipment and tools effectively
Physically able to climb a ladder
Qualifications:
Experience in paint and bodywork (preferably in RV, marine, or automotive industry)
Knowledge of various paint applications and techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
Compensation:
$29-34 per hour flat rate
