Join Our Team as a Wood Finishing Expert
We are currently on the lookout for individuals who possess an exceptional level of knowledge and skill in wood finishing.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate to have at least 15-years experience in cabinet and millwork finishing.
2. Experience in stain matching, color matching, and shaded top coats, etc…able to produce finish samples.
3. Experience with Airmix air assisted, airless, cup guns, and pressure pot spray systems.
4. Candidate skilled in maintenance of above listed spray systems.
5. Willing to work more than 40 hours per week when needed.
6. Knowledgeable and proficient in applying all stains, paints, lacquers, urethanes, water-based finishes, etc…
7. Candidate will be required to handle and organize multiple projects at a time.
8. Candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with others. Additionally, they must be comfortable with delegating tasks to other employees who can assist with labor-intensive workloads in the spray booth.
9. Start work as soon as possible.
