I am hiring for a well-established construction firm in Bozeman seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of accounting software and construction industry specifics.
Position Details:
Location: Bozeman, MT
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience 80-90k with benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Managing full-cycle construction accounting processes
Reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
Overseeing job costing and project budgets
Utilizing Sage and Procore Accounting software for financial management
Ensuring compliance with industry and company policies
Assisting with audits, budgets, and financial reporting
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction accounting, ideally 3+ years
Strong proficiency with Sage and Procore Accounting software
Solid understanding of construction project financials and job costing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
