Full-time position available. Shifts are Tuesday through Saturday, 11am-7pm. The schedule is somewhat flexible, but evening availability is required. Previous commercial cooking and management experience is preferred.
Assist the Retail Kitchen (RK) Manager in effective daily management of the RK with a focus to meet objectives for food preparation, quality, sales, margin, labor, and service goals. Assist in supporting other Food Service Managers as directed.
