About the Role
We are seeking an Expert Technology Officer (CTO) to join our dynamic team. This in-person role will be responsible for overseeing our digital platforms and technologies to ensure seamless functionality, optimize our online presence, and support strategic growth. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with deep expertise in the listed platforms and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company’s digital tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Develop, implement, and maintain strategies for SEO, web development, and e-commerce growth.
Oversee and improve the functionality of our Shopify store and integrated applications.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Apple Maps, and SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve visibility.
Lead the implementation and integration of systems such as Recharge, Easyship, Active Campaign, and ManyChat to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer care teams to ensure alignment on technological solutions.
Perform research and analytics to support informed decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain and optimize ŌNLē ORGANICS’ presence on search engines.
Serve as the lead strategist in utilizing School of Bots to enhance customer engagement and automation.
Work closely with leadership to identify emerging tech opportunities that align with our mission and goals.
Key Qualifications
Proven expertise in Shopify, Recharge, Easyship, SEO, and Google Analytics.
Experience with ManyChat, Active Campaign, and web development.
Demonstrated knowledge of research and analytics to support data-driven strategies.
Familiarity with managing online presence on Google and other platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Experience with School of Bots technology and chatbot integration is a significant plus.
