This position is the primary/first contact with Arlin's customers, either on the phone or in person in a busy lobby environment. The contact with customers must be professional and courteous, and the ability to handle multiple customer contacts simultaneously is a requirement for the job. The successful applicant will organize and manage all aspects of reservations for arriving and departing aircraft, their passengers and flight crews. These duties include:
Making rental car reservations
Making hotel reservations
Ordering inflight catering
Making hangar reservations/request
The front desk person is also responsible for a variety of general office/ administrative duties on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
A knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook use is required
Experience in light bookkeeping, customer invoicing & payments, typing, and other general office procedures is desired.

Education:High School Diploma
Work Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 8am-7pm. Looking for full time ONLY (35-40 hours/week)
