We are looking for a new FOH General Manager at Fresco. This is a well established family run business in downtown Bozeman. We are a tight knit team - Not a corporation.
We are looking for some one who works well with others and loves to be part of a healthy and fun workplace.
This is a salaried career oriented positions. Management experience is a plus, but not required.

Job duties include:
Maintaining and updating POS and Resy Systems
Scheduling staff and keeping labor in goal percentages.
Helping run a clean, comfortable and happy dining room
Coordinating with kitchen staff
Hiring and scheduling
Coordinating private parties and off site catering jobs.
Keeping FOH inventories up to date
Keeping and stocking wine inventories
Helping staff keep up during service
Helping with special events, menu changes, special projects
