We are looking for winter trail guides along with snow plowing full time at this time.
Plow drivers paid DOE.
We will teach you how to plow.
Plowing are early long days.
We are open year round and looking to add to the winter crew!
What we do at this unique dude ranch requires a particular skill set. Some of the requirements include:
plowing snow on days with more than 2 inches
2+ years of horse experience, (preferred but not required).
Personable, hardworking, dedicated, and reliable
Follows directions
Works without supervision
Fast and efficient thinking
Problem solving skills
Able to lift 50lbs
Be on time
Go-Get-Er mindset
Positive attitude
Must be 18 years old or older
CPR and First Aid certificate before start date
Guide 2-8 guests on rides from 1 to 8 hours.
Drive horse trailers and tractors or willing to learn
HOUSING NOT PROVIDED.
We guide all ages from 7 and up.
We start as early as 8am and go till the works done.
