Sales Assistant
General Job Duties
● Tour Bus Host: Provide a welcoming & hospitable experience to guests upon arrival; direct guests to cabins,
direct other team members to ensure guest needs are met, & giving arrival orientation
● Prepare function sheet for Weekly Managers Meeting
● Develop & maintain strong interpersonal relationships with 320 Management & Staff, clients, partners/vendors
● Input rooming list for all groups
● Block Space for 320 Ranch Events & Series Business in Sales Pro & RoomMaster
● Make Group check in packets
● Make luggage lists for groups
● Group activity shepherding
● Partner with Front Desk to insure correct billing or rooms and incidentals
● Be sure all repeat guests/VIP/Birthdays are recognized appropriately
● Maintain sales email through timely response & forwarding as appropriate
● Special Services: Help Front Desk with guest that needs a higher level of touch points
● Cover Shifts at the Front Desk as Assigned
● Other Duties as Assigned by Sales Manager
