Baxter Creek Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Full Time Receptionist. Veterinary experience preferred but not a requirement, willing to train the right candidate. Experience with Avimark software a plus. Qualified applicants must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, aptitude with computers, and ability to provide limited safe animal handling.
Duties include scheduling appointments, greeting clients, entering/modifying client records, processing payments and informing clients about products.
Must be able to work various shifts between 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays 8:15 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
