We are a small tour company based in West Yellowstone and Big Sky. We are looking for either a part time (2/3 per week) or full time (4/5 tours per week) starting immediately season ends in mid October. Housing in quiet house in West yellowstone available. If you live in Bozeman or big sky and already have housing you can crash for free at our housing for the rest of the summer. There is a possibility of a winter guiding position but for now our needs are for a TOP NOTCH guide for the remainder of the summer. We pay top of the pay scale and proud to say that we pay the highest wages for any guide company in Yellowstone.
Must have extensive knowledge of Yellowstone wildlife ecology, biology, geology, and history. We will go through a few days of training then get you off and running to lead you own. tours. You will be driving a brand new or very modern Chevy suburban for all tours. Interested applicants please email your resume ASAP.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide small private tours focused on wildlife interpretation, geology, and history
- Provide instruction and guidance on safety procedures and equipment usage
- Plan and organize adventure itineraries, including route selection and activity schedules
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants throughout the adventure
- Communicate effectively with participants, providing information and answering questions
- Educate participants about the environment, wildlife, and history of the area
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
- Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning
- Ability to hike 5-7 miles per day
- Attention to detail
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Biology, ecology., natural science, geology, etc. ( any degree thats in a similar or relatable science discipline).
- Ability to educate participants about the environment, wildlife, and history of the area
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage and captivate participants
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and execute adventures
- Exceptional communication skills to convey information clearly to participants
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate groups during adventures
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for communicating with diverse groups
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide a memorable experience for participants
