Gallatin River Lodge is hiring a customer service minded professional to assist in the day-to-day administrative duties of our small lodge and give authentic Montanan hospitality to both lodging guests and restaurant patrons.
General Job Description:
1. Enter work place at scheduled time in uniform ready to begin work. Properly clock in.
2. Ensure prescribed amount of cash is on hand by counting and recording count.
3. Ensure telephone service meets company standards. Telephone answered within three
rings, using proper script. Transfer calls properly, perform wake up knocks, take messages
politely, maintain discrete professionalism with all guest interactions.
4. Properly check in and out guests.
5. Properly handle reservations and answer guest questions about the area and booking options.
6. Ensure property management computer procedures are correctly implemented.
7. Additional duties may be added as needed.
8. Assist in Complete Daily financial reports; including paid outs, GM checks, cash deposit, credit card deposit. Investigate overage/shortages. Balance report daily.
9. Reconcile any system accounting problems with our property management system (PMS) with MSI; i.e. pending credit cards, credit cards not balancing.
10.Maintain control of Accounts Receivable; contact overdue accounts, notify Home Office (HO)as to status of payment.
11. Assist with paperwork for new hires, send to Home Office, create time cards; generate PIF for terms, send to HO on day of termination.
12. Maintain filing/storage system for all daily & monthly reporting.
13. Perform required EOM reporting to HO using Leisure's checklist; required EOM reporting to USFS. Other tasks & responsibilities as requested by General Manager or officer of Leisure Hotels, LLC.
