Biankinis is looking for a fun, outgoing and hard working assistant manager. Our current manager needs some help with running the restaurant. Individual must have a good attitude and able to handle stress well. Must be flexible with covering shifts, and jumping in where needed. This means you may do some dishes! Everyone does everything as a team, we expect the manager to lead by example. We are fast paced and can get very busy.
Expectations/Job duties:
-40 hours a week average.
-Oversee FOH and BOH.
-Match Monthly statements from vendors with invoices. Make sure the charges are appropriate and reasonable.
-Answer all texts from anyone associated with Biankinis in a timely manner.
-Complete weekly schedule by Wednesday of each prior week.
-Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
-Make bank deposits and justify any over and unders of more than $1.00.
-Maintain extra change in change bag.
-Train new employees and supervise all employees. Hire and fire.
-Inspect dates on all restaurant prepared food. Not to exceed 7 days.
-Become serve safe certified.
-Complete daily and weekly orders and inventory. Purchase from local stores as necessary for specialty items or better pricing.
-Assist BOH manager with prep as time allows and as necessary.
-Consistently source inventory from most inexpensive vendor, including food, if quality is equal to existing product.
-Maintain online reputation. Answer reviews across all websites. Post to website, facebook, twitter and Instagram, consistently. Include photos and interesting or humorous comments.
-Collect mail daily and deal with it.
-Complete manager checklist every day.
-Work to make Biankinis a shining star each and every day.
