Ghost Town Coffee Roasters is looking for a part time baker! Occasional early Morning bake off and afternoon/evening bake prep. Flexible schedule. Must be a positive collaborator and team player. This position requires a hustle, applicant must have an excellent work ethic, and take responsibility seriously. Must have dependable transportation and long term housing in the Gallatin Valley. Minimum 6 month commitment. Ideal candidate will have baking experience.
Responsibilities include but not be limited to:
-Preparing baked goods. From scratch, as well as prep with our current vendors frozen options.
- Ability to work independently, as most work happens before or after hours.
-Great at time management.
- Maintaining serve safe food practices.
- Maintaining cleanliness of cooking area.
