A full-time position is available. Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, ideally, but potentially flexible. Must possess commercial cooking skills, and be able to work all hours of the business, including some evenings. Experience managing staff is strongly desired, preferably from a food service or retail setting.
Assist the Co-op Downtown Kitchen Manager in effective daily management of operations and staff of the Co-op Downtown, with primary oversight of the Cooks and Dishwashing staff.
