Searching for a qualified Cook 1 - Sous Chef candidate, for a French Restaurant in downtown Bozeman. Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of progressive dining experience within kitchens. Understands the standard operating procedures of running a kitchen. Scope of work would include, inventory management, menu development and execution, health standards compliance, training, mentoring, and leading a small team.
