THE BASICS

- Be passionate about food and consistency of every detail; every plate and recipe
- Contribute ideas
- Have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Professional line and Garde-Manger cooking experience required
- Understand the classic cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Assist the team as needed cheerfully with any tasks
- Work Clean
- Speak and act professionally at all times with the team
- Promote the brand in and out of work
- Have a phone and reliable transportation
