We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help the General Manager in directing daily business operations. The assistant manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
The Assistant Manager must be able to motivate and positively influence staff. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills. We’re looking for an individual to join our team of hospitality veterans that play major roles in a local favorite restaurant. You will learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and how to prioritize & delegate tasks, and how many steps go into creating a successful shift.
This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door with the group that operates Jam! and Revelry. We are constantly looking for ways to cross-utilize talent so whereas performing exceptionally at Dave’s Sushi can be its own career, it also stands to open up even more doors in the hospitality industry!
Qualities we are looking for:
-Multiple years of restaurant experience in different positions
-Excellent communication skills
-Ingrained sense of customer service & professionalism
-Understanding of how restaurants flow/operatehow decisions impact leadership team
-Extreme sense of ownership when identifying problems and improving current systems
-Daily practitioner of lead-by-example
-Desire to stay busy and maintain productivity and delegation with team
Compensation $55-70k salary DOE.
