Valhalla is in need of two motivated individuals for part-time work in both FOH and BOH. Wage DOE.
FOH: Serving and bartending position available. Most days you will be running FOH solo with one kitchen staff. You will be responsible for selling and serving mead, educating people on the product, selling and serving food as well as maintaining general upkeep of the establishment. Shifts start at 2:30pm and end at 9:30pm. We expect you to be on time and reliable. Part-time and potentially full-time positions available. BOH: This position consists of prepping and plating food. Prep can will be done before and during shift. We have a small kitchen that can be manned by one capable individual. Plating of small plate entrees, soups and charcuterie items is sometimes fast passed but for the most part very doable. The BOH staff is also responsible for washing and putting away dishes. Shifts start at 2pm and are normally done by 815pm. We have a guaranteed tip out for BOH based on percentage of food sales. Email a resume or drop off in person at 3pm Tuesday - Sunday.
