The Food Prep at Café M is responsible for the production of breakfast burritos and sandwiches. The Food Prep also works to prepare ingredients and sauces, helps manage inventory and stocking, and assists the Food Lead with made-to-order items at our East Main St. location. The position is hands on and you'll be on your feet for the majority of the shift. Shifts run seven days a week (between a few people) from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm each day at our 777 East Main St. shop. You'll roll a whole bunch of burritos, drinks lots of coffee (somewhat optional), work closely with our Barista staff, and share space with our Bakers. It's a great work environment with a positive atmosphere.
Previous commercial food production experience is not required. For the right applicant, Food Prep shifts can be mixed with Barista shifts for additional hours.
