Position: Front Desk Agent
Hours: 32 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the Front Desk Agent position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
Schedule:
Morning Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Thursday and Friday or Saturday and Sunday
Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday and Tuesday
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the lodge and local area
Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and organized
Process payments and manage cash handling
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in basic computer operations and reservation systems
Flexible and reliable with the ability to work assigned shifts
