The Mint Cafe and Bar in Belgrade is hiring for a General Manager. This position involves facilitating the daily operations of the restaurant, overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, as well as building and nurturing the team around them. Leadership experience is required, restaurant management experience is preferred.
We are a locally owned and operated restaurant located right in the heart of downtown Belgrade, Montana.

Compensation includes-
$75k salary
10 days/year paid time off
60/40 copay for Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health insurance
60/40 copay for medical, dental, vision and life insurance
