Host Duties Include:
- Welcoming guests to the restaurant
- Seat guests at designated tables
- Let patrons know of wait times and contact them as a table becomes available
- Take reservations over the phone/ manage reservations
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Answer questions about the menus and restaurant operations
- Understand the needs of waitstaff to ensure sections are not overcrowded
- Assist waitstaff as needed
