Bozeman Inn has an immediate opening at the front desk. The shifts available amount to 32 hours per week. The shifts available are Thursday 7AM-3PM, Friday 3PM-11PM, Saturday 3PM-11PM, and Sunday 3PM-11PM. This position is a customer service position and some of the tasks required include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, making reservations, assisting guests with any needs that arise during their stay, communicating with management and housekeeping throughout the shift, receiving and documenting the receipt of cash and credit card payments, and keeping the office clean.
