Hooked Sushi is located in downtown Bozeman. We are a small family owned and operated business!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Sushi Roller to join our culinary team.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Prepare and roll sushi dishes according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure all sushi ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and stored at the correct temperatures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Train and mentor junior sushi rollers on proper techniques and food safety protocols
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements to be considered for this position:
- Previous experience as a sushi roller or in a similar role within the food industry
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
