ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide superior customer service to all members and guests
Daily Outside Operations roles include & are not limited to
Greet each guest at arrival while projecting a positive attitude and professionalism
Assist each guest with loading and unloading Golf Bags, Travel Bags and other items as needed
Provided each guest with the appropriate direction
Assume the role of starter as needed making sure each group is provided with accurate course and facility
information while making sure each group is started in a timely and efficient manner
Provide guest services on the golf course during play while monitoring pace of play.
Greet guests at the conclusion of the round and make sure golf clubs and carts are cleaned
Assist in making sure each golf cart and guest is accounted for at the end of the day
Assist in making sure all Cart Barn & Driving Range responsibilities have been fulfilled as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Outside Service experience preferred at a High End Daily Fee Golf Facility or Private Golf Club
Ability to work in a Fast paced environment
Ability to work in a team setting
PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent Customer Service.

Candidates are required to work rotating schedules which include weekends and some major holidays.
Candidates should expect to work different positions within the Outside Services Operation as needed
