We are looking for a front of house manager at Revelry. This roll will work directly with the general manager and management team and will be responsible for five floor management shifts per week. The FOH manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. Flexibility and the availability to consistently work nights, weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualities we are looking for:
-Multiple years of restaurant experience in different positions
-Excellent communication skills
-Ingrained sense of customer service & professionalism
-Understanding of how restaurants flow/operatehow decisions impact the team
-Extreme sense of ownership when identifying problems and improving current systems
-Daily practitioner of lead-by-example
-Desire to stay busy and maintain productivity and delegation with team

Compensation $65-80k+ DOE (annual salary and margin bonus). You will also receive the employee benefits of shift meal, other discounts and company health insurance!
