-Helping to foster staff development into a high-performing team, cultivate a positive work environment, and strive for employee satisfaction and growth.
- Training and coaching staff within all positions
- Coordinating communication between front of house and back of house
- Provide assistance to kitchen and FOH as needed
- AM/PM Availability
- A focus on serving our customers and meeting their individual needs
