Hello Bozeman!

We are looking for a Sous Chef- must have 10 years experience cooking, with a minimum of 3 years running a from scratch kitchen. The role involves a mix of hands on work, large prep projects, assisting with menu development, expediting and line work as well as admin responsibilities such as scheduling, costing, ordering, inventory and so on.

We offer training in all these areas as well as professional development, opportunities for advancement, and a thick, robust benefits package. Salary will be discussed in person but is well above average for the area.

Out of town applicants- relocation assistance can be arranged as well.
