The Mint Cafe and Bar in Belgrade (10 miles West of Bozeman, 1/4 mile from Airport) is currently interviewing for a bartender.
We are looking for an experienced bartender that is available for at least three shifts a week. We want experienced bartenders with a strong work ethic, capable of handling a fast-paced environment and high volume. Positive attitude and a team-oriented service style are a must. We are a dinner-only restaurant, so candidates must be available nights and weekends. Shifts are from 2:30-11. Our kitchen closes at 9:30PM during the week and 10:00PM on Friday and Saturday.
The Mint Cafe & Bar is a locally owned and operated restaurant in downtown Belgrade. We are a steakhouse and community gathering place. Our menu ranges from steaks, fresh seafood and pork chops to pastas and burgers. We have a focus on Montana breweries and classic cocktails.
We offer health insurance for full time employees (30+ hours per week) after 30 days. Additionally, we offer opportunities to advance within the company at The Mint as well as our sister restaurants Pizza Campania and Backcountry Burger Bar.
