Headwaters Construction is a self-performing start to finish custom builder in Big Sky, MT. We
are looking for hard working, skilled, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. We are
primarily looking for carpenters with at least 2 years of directly relatable experience in the
trades for current and upcoming projects. However, for an individual with the appropriate work
ethic and attitude we are willing to train individuals with little to no experience. As a company
we self-perform many aspects of a build. All work is in the Big Sky area. Competitive benefit
package and compensation ranging from 50k-150k.
Responsibilities:
Reliable transportation/driver’s license
Consistent attendance
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
Work well with others in a team environment to complete unique and challenging
projects
Basic experience with compact track loader, telehandler, and aerial lift. Options are
available to expand operating skills with other machines up to large track hoes.
Have professional set of tool bags and hand tools. All power tools provided.
General knowledge of the construction process
Knowledge of specific aspects such as wall framing, floor framing, and roof framing to
name a few.
