Looking for an experienced grower to help manage a cultivation facility in Madison County about 25miles west of 4-corners.
Duties include;
Following all Standard Operating Procedures
Watering and fertilizing plants
Weekly sanitation and cleaning procedures
Transplanting and care of plants
Maintenance and scheduling repairs for the building
Changing out light bulbs and fixtures when necessary
Diagnosing and minor HVAC maintenance
Scheduling and communication with co-workers
Harvest and machine trimming of final product
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the industry, reliable transportation, good communication skills, flexibility in work schedule and either have, or be able to obtain a state issued work permit. Willing to train the right candidate.
