Montana Steel Industries is looking for a field hand/ welder.
We are not necessarily looking for a welder, more of a laborer. If you have experience with stick welding that is great, we are in search for the right character or individual with the right work ethic. If you have a construction background and want to learn a new trade or skill give us a call. We are looking for someone who wants to work hard and wants to learn. This job will require you to work outside in all seasons, on top of scaffolding, and up ladders. We request that you know how to read a tape measure, be 18 years old, and have a valid drivers license. No previous experience is required
Job duties would include but not limited to: Using power tools, measuring and cutting material, drilling holes, torch handling, assisting the welders, and fire watch.
MSI has a 3-month probation period then you receive holiday pay for major holidays and health insurance. After a year you receive vacation pay, 401K, and Aflac. www.montanasteel.us
