In search of a few extra hands that will fit in with our framing/siding crew. Other tasks may vary, however a competent and reliable framer/sider is what I am looking for at this time. I’m looking for someone who aligns with the work culture I am cultivating.
Short-term: I have a few projects happening simultaneously I will need help with.
Long-term: I am looking for crew members that enjoy showing up to work as a part of our team.
Requirements:
-ICEC: if you are in the process of this or are seriously considering this I still consider you a viable candidate, as long as we can come up with a plan. Everyone I work with is required to have the proper paperwork in order to be considered “working” on site.
-Basic construction knowledge
-Provide your own personal hand tools.
-Reliable transportation
Experience:
- Operating power tools.
- Reading a tape measure and speed square effectively.
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Heavy lifting
Additional Skills:
-Operating heavy machinery
-Walking walls
-Nail placement
-Cut accuracy
-Process completion
