We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic construction company. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, assembly, and the use of various tools. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Assemble components and products according to specifications.
Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
Work closely with team members to meet goals and deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to mechanical knowledge and equipment operation.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a construction is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable for troubleshooting issues.
Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required.
Proficient in using power tools and hand tools effectively.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
