HORSE STALL CLEANING – Part-Time Permanent
I have an opening to clean 14 horse stalls TUES, WED, THUR, AND FRIDAY - AND AVAILABLE FOR SOME FILL-IN DAYS. Stall cleaning usually takes 4 hours per day maybe a bit more when learning the job, but that is the average amount of time. Persons can choose what day or days they would like to work. Stalls need to be done by 4:30 PM.
I need people that will be here through most holdidays or just needing a few days off.
The job consists of cleaning stalls by using a wheelbarrow, and taking bedding out of the stalls and replacing with new clean shaving. Water buckets need to be washed out and re-filled and the isle of the barn swept. This job requires physical strength to use a wheelbarrow and a great work ethic. Stalls are bedded in shavings. The work can be done any time between 9:30 AM as long as COMPLETED BY 4:30 PM. The barn is warm in the winter months so it is pretty comfortable.
Pay is $18.00 per hour to start. You are a SUB-contract person so no money is withheld for taxes, etc.
This is a great job if you are looking for some physical work and a break from a normal day.
