Hybrid Motion, Bozeman’s premier gymnastics gym, also runs a growing lineup of birthday parties and events. We’re looking for the right person to take our Laser Tag program to the next level — with the added opportunity to expand our Nerf Wars events as well.
We already host birthday parties with some of the most advanced laser tag gear on the market (Laser Tag Pro – Battle Rifle Pro system). Right now, that means just a few hours a month — mostly on Saturdays (with some Sundays and occasional Friday/Saturday nights). But the opportunity is MUCH bigger:
Expand into Friday & Saturday night laser tag events
Build out Laser Tag Summer/Holiday Camps
Add larger evening programs in our new, expanded facility
Even take the system off-site for private events
Grow Nerf Wars programming alongside laser tag
This is already up and running — the only missing piece is a dedicated, energetic, tech-savvy person to own it and grow it.
Pay: $23/hr (flat rate)
Requirements:
Must be 18+ (working with kids and handling equipment)
Must pass a background check (no exceptions)
Totally reliable and professional — families and children are counting on you
Energetic and great with kids & families
Comfortable with technology (the laser tag dashoboard/software system is powerful and requires training & attention to detail)
Weekend availability (especially Saturdays)
Physically able to set up and break down the arena (inflatable bunkers, gym mats, and related gear) — this is a hands-on, physical job
Some equipment transport/setup may also be required
This is fun, but it’s also serious — the right person can turn this into a major opportunity with the sky as the limit.
