MLS - Montana Landscape Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated Lawn Care Worker to join our team. As a Lawn Care Worker on our team, you operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in landscape maintenance, ground maintenance, aerating, irrigation, and fertilization techniques. The person hired for the position must have a valid driver's license.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal
Drive a truck to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport
Qualifications include:
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with common landscaping equipment
Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred)
Reliable and self-motivated
