I am looking for an irrigation lead to help manage and grow my irrigation department. Below is a brief description of the daily responsibilities.
Schedule, assign, and direct Irrigation Techs to ensure all services are performed according to contract specifications.
Conduct regular on-site visits of jobs in progress to monitor quality and provide feedback to techs and clients.
Working with the irrigation technicians to perform irrigation inspections, controller adjustments, repairs, troubleshoot, and audits as needed.
Conduct regular on-site irrigation checks of jobs to monitor quality and overall health of all plant material.
Scheduling irrigation check routes & turn on and blow outs for each property.
Must be able to troubleshoot irrigation issues and wiring issues.
Communicate daily to owner on any irrigation repairs or recommendations for commercial and residential clients.
Keeping track of all irrigation inventory per technician/truck
Collect timesheets and billing sheets from each technician while verifying all aspects of the work involved are billed appropriately and turned into the Maintenance Office Manager on a daily basis.
Snow Removal is also a must.
