Ranch manager needed for Bozeman area ranch.
Primary Responsibilities:
Year round care and management a small cow/calf herd (about 40 cows currently in the breeding herd with potential to expand to around 80 in the breeding herd)
Haying and irrigation of on and off-site hay ground
Care and training of around 8 horses
Equipment repair and maintenance
Maintaining and expanding pasture ground including fencing and weed management
Upkeep of ranch buildings and grounds
Required Experience:
Experience working in a cow/calf operation
Experience with haying operations and equipment
Experience repairing and maintaining farm and ranch equipment
Experience working with horses
Job Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license
Must pass a background check and have positive work and personal references
Housing in a one bedroom apartment is available on the ranch
