We are looking to hire a FT/PT Maintenance Technician at the historic "Sacajawea Hotel" located in downtown Three Forks, MT.

Purpose:
The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance services in the support of operation and lifecycle maintenance of The Sacajawea Hotel facilities.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance efforts with affected departments.
Perform general maintenance on equipment, units, building, etc.
Support and improve maintenance services that effectively address problems affecting guests and team members.
Manage repair and maintenance projects and building improvements.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions, completing repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other shop equipment; Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day to day maintenance.
Other Functions and Responsibilities
Display hospitality and professionalism to our guests and team members at all times, take pride in representing The Sacajawea Hotel professionally with our guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
Report weekly to the Maintenance Manager on status of assigned tasks & projects
