Position Overview:
We’re seeking a diligent individual—one who is constant in effort, attentive, and persistent in accomplishing tasks—to join our crew. The ideal candidate will be motivated, safety-oriented, possess strong communication skills, have a willingness to learn new techniques, and be able to take direction effectively.
Qualifications:
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must understand and sign the Company Policy.
Must sign a seasonal contract until December 23rd, with the possibility of renewal in the winter.
Must be willing to learn how to safely operate equipment, including trucks with trailers, chainsaws, chippers, mini-skid steers, and rigging gear.
Must be able to take direction from management.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be interested in learning on the job, able to ask questions, and apply knowledge.
Must have exceptional situational awareness at all times to ensure safety and efficiency.
No previous arboriculture experience necessary.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Thursday (4, 10's)
