Elysian Gardens, LLC is searching for a motivated and innovative marketing coordinator to join the team. Selected members will propose and execute marketing strategies to boost leads and sales. Our ideal candidate is a high-level marketing student, recent graduate, or business-savvy individual who is interested in putting their skills to the test. They will be given freedom of action in developing Social Media, SEO, Web Browser, and Physical Marketing Proposals. The position is commission only, but approved proposals will be awarded funding for their execution, and successful strategies have potential for high earnings. A motivated and personable marketing coordinator may also take on the role of estimator, meeting potential clients, evaluating their needs, upselling services, and writing estimates based on their findings.
Pay rate is as follows:
-$10 per hot lead generated (estimate provided)
-$25 additional per written estimate
-5% of the total of each approved estimate (new projects acquired) ($10,000 Job = $500 commission)
