Dispensary Manager, Trimming, and Packaging Cannabis Positions

Collective Elevation is looking to hire for full time trimming and packaging positions and also a store manager position.

Requirements for the trimming and packaging position:

Self motivated and can stay on task independently

Must be able to follow direction

Attention to detail to ensure quality control

Takes initiative and demonstrates drive to continually improve

Attention to compliancy laws

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time completing repetitive tasks

Trimming and Packing Job Description:

Work in a team environment and independently

Trimming cannabis

Packaging and organizing products from various departments

Maintaining a clean environment

Helping around the farm with any tasks, including but not limited to: moving soil, organizing storage spaces, prepping new rounds of plants, cleaning and general farm maintenance.

Looking for someone who is interested in assisting in various IT tasks with Adobe experience

Store Manager Desired Skills & Experience:

5+ years experience in customer service and/or sales

3+ years experience managing people

Cannabis industry experience

Store Manager List of Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Reviewing inventory counts daily, investigating discrepancies, picking up and processing orders, preparing product to be packaged and sold, ensuring product is handled compliantly, assisting with packaging and stickering as needed, and keeping the sales floor stocked and organized.

Cash Management & Financials: Reviewing and updating financial reports, counting cash drops and ensuring accuracy, giving customers correct change, making accurate cash drops after each shift on the floor, preparing and completing bank deposits, and keeping the change bag and ATM stocked appropriately.

Sales & Customer Service: Making appropriate product recommendations, ensuring items are rung up correctly, completing transactions through a point-of-sale (POS) system, investigating POS issues and submitting tickets as needed, contacting customers regarding discrepancies/issues, and commitment to a high standard of service.

Team Management: Managing a small team, including coaching, praising, disciplining, completing performance reviews, holding all-team retail meetings, completing check-ins, and assisting in resolving any conflict with customers and team members.
