DESCRIPTION:
Simkins-Hallin is looking for Truss Builders. No experience is necessary, willing to train. This position is the manufacturing of trusses for all types of buildings in a production type setting. Consistent work schedule of Monday-Friday, with daily overtime.
Starting wage: $23 per hour
WEEKENDS OFF Plenty of opportunity for Over Time Pay, Great Benefit Packet !

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Arrive to work location punctually and on a consistent basis.
Show initiative in learning truss manufacturing and its terminology.
Learn safety procedures and follow established procedures for all assignments.
Maintain workstations, including inventory and work areas according to Company standards and housekeeping guidelines.
Handle lumber and perform miscellaneous yard work as assigned.
Dress accordingly and come prepared as tasks and duties will be performed in all varying weather conditions.
Prolonged and continual standing/walking/climbing/lifting/carrying/hammering will be required. As well as repetitive movement and uninterrupted manual manipulation of product and material.
