Anderson Precast & Supply seeks motivated people with experience working physically in a job where they witnessed process flow. Helpful experience includes: manufacturing, construction, restaurant work, farming, ranching.
Essential Job Functions:
De-molding, cleaning and setting up the molds the precast is made in
Build rebar or remesh cage assembly as engineered
Operate multiple hand tools, power tools and pieces of equipment (chop saw, rebar cutters, drills, cranes, forklifts)
Finish concrete products
Maintain good housekeeping
Maintain a work environment that promotes the team emphasis on production of a quality product in a safe manner
Requirements:
Drug free
Ability to follow policy and procedures

Ability to work with team members
Hard-working and driven
Teachable personality
Good attendance
Recent work references
Honest
Base Pay: $21 per hour to start
