In a flexible work environment, the Systems Coordinator plays a critical role in building, strengthening, and maintaining Thrive’s information systems. This role requires working with multiple teams, including Operations, Development, and Programs. The Systems Coordinator also works closely with the organization’s accountant.
Primary Position Responsibilities
Serve as organization’s primary manager of Salesforce (CRM) and Formstack automated workflow accounts, to include:
Building reports and dashboards for various teams
Managing new client relations information
Managing donations for development team to include account updates and assigning thank you communication and tax receipts
Processing donations from event platforms to include coding for accounting
Managing registration and evaluation tools for program teams
Building and updating forms
Mapping and managing integrations
Managing marketing requests
Organizing and exporting data
