Position: Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Bozeman, MT

Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices and payments
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of all invoices
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all transactions
- Collaborate with project managers and vendors as needed
- Assist in month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounts payable or finance roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction industry billing processes a plus
